The hotel is in need of major renovations. Lots of rotted and peeling wood. Beds have vinyl peeling etc…. Carpet worn. We just needed a place to sleep, close to the underground. Linens were fresh, staff was friendly, bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi was functional etc… It was fine for us. We only slept there.

L'alarme incendie a sonné toute la nuit, elle était défaillante. Tout l'hotel n'a pas pu dormir. Immeuble très vétuste. La salle de bain ne fonctionnait même pas. A fuir !

Convenient location
If you are ok with old and rustic, Rose Court Hotel is all of that. Well situated is the main advantage, easy to catch the underground, bus or simply walk.

Slitet, ostädat, oväsen. Tar betalt för så kallad frukost i efterhand. Då det räcker tydligen med att gå in i matsalen. Uselt utbud på frukost.

Styr unna!
Elendig renhold (de gadd ikke re sengene engang), vi måtte be om rene håndklær, det luktet kloakk på badet, dårlig luft, servicen var dårlig og det var ekstremt lytt. Slitent og lite. Styr unna! Eneste bra var at de er sentralt. Men man får bedre hotell enn dette til samme pris.

El hotel está muy bien situado. Es un poco antiguo y la limpieza no es perfecta pero está bien. Para un par de noches baratas es una buena opcion. El personal es muy amable.

Terrible hotel. Do not stay here.
I am a fire safety officer. Doors were wedged open, an electric bike was charging on the means of escape (big no no), a fire extinguisher was missing from its hook, another fire extinguisher was wedged by a door open, the room was damp, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, the shower was disgraceful, (only had a very hot setting and the rate of water flow was abysmal), the room smelt of damp, the bedding felt wet due to the damp in the room, the bed was so hard. Terrible stay all round. I’d like a refund actually. It was a fire safety hazard and I almost reported it to the London Fire Brigade.

DO NOT STAY HERE
This hotel is a sham. It is plain unsafe. The pictures posted are NOTHING like the actual hotel. We had a broken window, trash left in the shower, stains ALL OVER THE FLOOR, tile floor covered in mold, dust covering the water pitcher and other things that hadn't been touched or cleaned in a long time. Our door was also destroyed as if it had been jimmied open many times and did not have a doorknob on the inside. We felt unsafe and did NOT stay at this hotel. We ended up having to book and pay for a complete other hotel and they will not refund anything. Beware of this junky hotel.

For the price, it was really good. Clean and felt safe. Early check in was available at the time and it worked with out schedule that we could leave our luggage before that.

Nedslidt hotel, trænger til gennemgribende restaurering. Det var da muligt at overnatte der, men, men men...: Dørlås til værelse defekt, blev repareret på anmodning. Ingen knager i badeværelse til håndklæder. Ingen hylder til toiletsager. Ingen prop i håndvask. Badekar med bruser, som ikke kunne sidde fast på væggen. Ingen topmadras. Ingen termoruder i vindue og dermed dårlig dæmping af støj fra den vedvarende by-støj.. Ingen rengøring eller redning af seng i de 5 dage, vi boede der. Tykt lag støv på lofts-ventilator. Sødt og venligt personale. Vi finder et andet hotel næste gang.

Extremely disappointing room, very aged and unkept. Bedding & towels clean, mattress protector full of stains, general room condition extremely poor and unloved. Aged facilities shower head fixing loose so doesnt hold shower head properly bath mixer difficult to adjust due to aged and probably seizing taps. Poor workmanship and maintenence throughout, i know its London but Ive stayed in far cleaner for money, location for purpose of stay was good with easy walk to Paddington

Dirty Room w/ Potential for Bed Bugs
The room was not clean and very dated. The floors were not vacuumed. The light fixture was a ceiling fan, which appeared to not have been dusted ever. The headboards were also dusty. Our room was on the 4th floor, and the elevator only went up to floor 3. My friend who I stayed with says she was attacked by bed bugs. I had checked my bed and didn't see any bed bugs

Hôtel bien situé et propre dans la chambre. Par contre il n'y a strictement aucune isolation !!!! Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir trois débiles dans la chambre à côté de la notre, du coup nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Nous avions aussi bcp de mal a comprendre le monsieur à la réception, pourtant ma fille parle très bien l'anglais. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Front of house staff very rude. Room was dirty, dirty coffee mugs, carpets stained, bed worn, extension leads and cables hanging all over, mould in bathroom, shower curtain dirty, handle in shower hanging off. Complained and told take it up with your estate agent. Hoovered ourselves with a hoover we found abandoned in a hallway, but still unsanitary. Our company withdrew us from property due to unsanitary conditions which would have breached their duty of care for their employees. Contacted Hotels.com who resolved, but only 40% refund, and even then Hotels.com had to fight for it.

Hyper bien situé mais chambre minuscule
L’hôtel est très très très bien situé : tout se fait à pied : Oxford street (20min) , buckindgam palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben (50min) Les chambres sont très petites en revanche : c’est pour une personne mais pour un couple c’est difficilement gerable. La salle de bain est minuscule et le tout est très ancien (robinetterie, mur, peinture etc) Ceci étant le tout reste très propre

Disgrace !!!
Room was very tired, doors hanging off wardrobe, bed bases had seen better days, could feel springs in the mattress. Carpet needed burned, was badly stained. Final straw was bugs on the bathroom floor when we returned from our evening out. Having disposed of them, more were found in the bath next morning.

Clean but very dated
For the money it was great but we only stayed one night it was clean ,the bed was comfy ,no plug for the sink and our friends room was the same but we improvised, ok for an overnight stay , the lift wasnt working but ,,,clean but dated
