I booked the double bed but the room is arranged 2 single bed then put the thick blanket on top of both single bed which feeling is not very comfortable and also it's not I supposed to have double bed. Otherwise, the room is good.

We checked in late and the cleaner was still cleaning the room when we arrived, we had to hang out in the corridoor for a while (the cleaner was lovely and clearly working hard, we felt terrible for her as she was rushing). The floors had stains everywhere, dirty marks in the curtains, the remote was grimy, tv didnt work anyway. The bed was clean and comfortable though. Woken in the morning by our fire alarm, we heard another one going off in another room a few minutes later. I asked why, and the hotel said someone had pulled an emergency alarm, which made no sense. There was some minor damage to the bedroom walls and bathroom suit, it felt a bit run down. It's a handy location, but just didn't feel worth the money unfortunately.

The Hotel St George is an average hotel. I was expecting much better for the money paid. The ceiling had paint flaking away and the desk tops varnish was coming off. The chair in the room was shot. It was noisy in the morning as the room is facing a busy street. Breakfast was not good. I was by myself and waited 45 minutes for the cooked breakfast. Many people there were complaining out loud...there seemed to be a constant shortage of forks? Not sure what else to say. A bit drab all round.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The room I stayed in was incredibly well equipped with everything a business traveller like myself would need. There was even a tv in the bath if you want to soak and watch. The rates were excellent and of great value for the room I was allocated was clean quiet and comfortable. Next time I am in the area I will be using this hotel again

Wonderful stay, staff were lovely and accommodating when we asked for early check in or needed help with anything. Only 7 minutes walk from Wembley stadium. Would definitely stay again

Overall the hotel was nice and welcoming. A perfect location for Wembley Stadium and a shopping complex with Restaurants and Cinema. The room did not have a bath tub that we would have preferred. The balcony was nice but did not lock. The teabags had not been replenished, and there was no information pack in the room. The room was spacious.

This hotel is not as described. It is filthy, it’s shabby dingy. Walls have holes plaster is coming off honestly we could not stay because it made us feel unclean.

As soon as we walked in , we had a great man at the reception who was friendly and helpful. Nothing is any bother at all. We got to our room. Was clean and we had everything we need. When we came back late at night, another gentleman was on the desk, he was very helpful and very polite and friendly. When we checked out, the lady at desk was so sweet and kind. Will definitely be back thank you for making our weekend great

The hotel was absolutely fine for what was needed. The beds were comfy and clean as was the bathroom. The room just seemed a little worn. Clearly the air con had leaked and left horrible marks of the ceiling and the carpet was stained from that as well as multiple other stains. The room was definitely not sound proof. The net curtain looked threadbare. However any interaction with staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant

The room wasn’t as clean as expected - hairs in the bed, dirty towels, blood on the curtains, curtains ripped and broken. The smaller shower head wasn’t fixed to the wall. The bedside lamp was hanging off of the wall. The carpet was filthy. The restaurant didn’t open on the first day so only a vending machine for drinks. The breakfast seemed basic and not openly offered so went to costa instead. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room. Shame the bar and restaurant weren’t open but I believe they only open that when the stadium has an event whereas we were attending the arena. Would stay again.

Mediocre - pagas por lo que recibes.
El hotel estaba OK… pagas por lo que recibes aunque de entrada parece mucho mejor de lo que es, las fotos no hacen justicia a la realidad, cogimos 2 habitaciones una de ella olía a alcantarilla, la otra olía a marihuana, los primeros dos días hacía más frío dentro de la habitación que en la calle, era imposible dormir y llamamos y llamamos para que subieran la temperatura porque la tenían apagada y no había manera de calentar la habitación, luego si es cierto que nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación en la que estuvimos mucho mejor, de resto, no puedo quejarme las chicas de la limpieza muy amables, las camas eran de resortes antiquísima y la verdad que me dolió la espalda de dormir en ella, no era muy cómoda, pero de nuevo, pagas por lo que recibes. Eso si, inaceptable que en Londres, en pleno enero le den a un huésped una habitación sin calefactor, sobre todo un hotel que se hace llamar 4 estrellas.
