  • A Stunning Flat in the trendy Area of South Kensington SW7, in the Heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. A few minutes walk to the Science museum, Natural history museum, Victoria & Albert museum & the Design museum. Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall & Imperial College are also a short walk away

    The flat has been refurbished to high standards. It consists of a spacious living room with exposed brickwork, contemporary open-plan Kitchen with integrated appliances, just refurbished bedroom with wooden floors and a modern marble shower room. It is on the 4th floor in a beautiful historic Victorian building.

Alfi is very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment was perfectly located. Coffees and teas provided. We cooked breakfast everyday at the flat. Having a washer/dryer allowed us to pack light.

This apartment suited our needs perfectly. Quiet, clean and well equipped. Close to a tube station (Gloucester Road) that runs to Heathrow and connects to the London Underground. Lots of restaurants close by and there is a large grocery store adjacent the tube station. Landlord was quick to respond to any of our questions. Be aware that the flat is near the top of the building and there's no lift. You will get your exercise but it doesn't take long to get used to the stairs.

This was our first time in London and we loved it so much we extended another week. This flat was very cozy and spacious and very clean. The host provided everything you could need. Great area close to everything.

Wonderful Week in London

A great location to spend a week in London England, taking in the sites. Alfi's apartment was very close to museums, parks and shopping, in a lovely neighbourhood just a short walk from the Underground. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful view

Alfi was a most accommodating host. He was at the flat to welcome us and show us around the place. The bed was quite comfortable and plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to the Underground. We also loved Alfi’s restaurant recommendations.

Great Place!

Great flat and location. The host has thought of everything you need for a lovely time in London. Quick access to the Tube and all the sights of London. Many fabulous local options for beer, tea and meals. Highly recommend.

Great property. Close to the tube and Hyde park. The front room windows look over a charming park. Comfortable queen bed, washer for clothes, good bathroom hot water, windows that open for great breeze and lots of good natural light, tv with all app options, large refrigerator/freezer. You do need to walk up 4 flights of stairs so you need ti be ready to climb.

Great location, clean and quiet

Stayed here for a conference at the Royal Gardens Hotel. 5 min walk to the tube, 5 min walk to the park. Comfortable and walkable part of the city. Host was great. We enjoyed our stay and were happy to be in this part of town.

Great Location

This 1 BR/ 1 BA flat was perfect for our stay in London. So convenient to the Gloucester Road tube stop. Literally 2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops in the neighborhood. Hyde Park is just 3 blocks north.

Really enjoyed staying here.

Excellent location near Gloucester Road Station. Flat was clean and very well equipped and Alfi was very responsive to any problem. High floor attractive but with stairs to climb.

ALL GREAT!!

The flat is really great and all wonderful in every way. Alfi the host was there to meet us to show us how everything worked. He was very friendly and helpful and was always available to answer any questions that came up. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay in this apartment as it's quiet and it has a beautiful view out over the gardens down below.

Nice apartment in great location

Small but nice apartment in the heart of South Kensington. Very accessible and at the same time a great base for everything you want to do in London. Even on foot it is not too far to Buckingham and South Kensington is super as a district, quite relaxed and it is only 5 min to Kensington Garden.

Great property; amazing location!

We spent 10 nights in London (first trip there). The location was fabulous! So near the underground and central to so many sites. The property had everything we needed and the washer/dryer came in very handy as we are light packers. It is a walkup, but we had no issue with the stairs. We would definitely return!

Well located apartment near Gloucester road tube station

This apartment is very well located and easy to access all tourist attractions. It is a very comfortable one bedroom unit with a modern kitchen and bathroom. There are 4 flights of stairs so you need to be fit. The unit is well equipped. All you need to buy is food.

Great London Location

Flat has great central location, easy walk to Kensington Gardens, underground is on great lines for getting around the city on pretty quiet street for the heart of the city. Location is great also for lots of local shops, groceries and restaurants. Flat has just what is needed for a visit. Just need to be prepared for 96 steps that will put you up in the trees. Host was great, helpful and responsive to any questions.

Best location & stunning flat

This really is a lovely flat. The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from the Gloucester Rd Tube station, shopping and restaurants. The meet & greet with the host to pick up the keys was no problem. He was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. Read the property description carefully as the hosts notes there is no lift! We were fine since this meant a good garden view and quite comfortable, well equipped flat. We hope to return one day!
