Highly Disappointing
We had so many issues with this rental. The biggest issue was NO HOT WATER for 3 of the 4 days of our stay due to the boiler breaking. The sofa had 2 cushions turned over as one was dirty and badly stained the other had 2 cigarette burns despite the apartment being smoke free. The deck outside had a tile broken as the tiles weren't placed on a flat surface and a caution sign on the door not to go out there. There were black scuffs on the walls and the fans looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, despite the owner saying they were regularly cleaned and the seal on the fridge door was hanging off. Watch out for hidden costs, we were charged an additional amount as apparently we had an extra person staying we had 4 people and there were 2 double beds and four place settings/seats at the table. How does this equate to an extra person? There is no parking other than a week day daily fee car park about 3 mins walk from the apartment. I would NOT recommend staying here. The only positive thing I can say is the host was good with being reachable.
