This stylish home offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience, nestled between Heathrow Airport and central London, both just minutes away. Ideal for families and business trips. The spacious property comprises the main house (with two bedrooms & two bathrooms) and the modern garden house with another ensuite bedroom, for added privacy. You will enjoy an open-plan lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely private patio for dining and relaxing.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The main house offers two elegant bedrooms with king-size zip-and-link beds, (convertible to four singles) and a sofa bed in the living room.
The garden house provides an additional super king-size zip and link bed (convertible to two singles) and an extra sofa bed.
Perfect accommodation for up to 6 guests, and sofa beds - accommodation for up to 10 guests.
Bathrooms:
Enjoy three modern, fully tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Fully equipped Kitchen:
Perfect for preparing your favourite meals! The state-of-the-art kitchen includes all essentials, including oven, microwave, coffee machine.. plus a wine cooler for your enjoyment.

Relax in the serene private garden with a patio and comfortable seating, ideal for al fresco dining or peaceful relaxation.

Paid 24h on-street parking 1-2min walk from the property (approx. £6-7 for 24h and less for shorter stays)
Bicycle Parking: Secure bike parking is available in the gated garden in front of the property.
For guests using public transport, our property is conveniently located near the Crossrail station for easy quick access to central London (15-20min with frequent trains every few minutes) and other surrounding areas. There are also many bus lines.

The town is located close to a natural beauty area (3min walk from the house), with an impressive network of canals, including the Grand Union Canal, ideal for relaxation and walks to enjoy birds, animals, local villages, and beautiful houseboats and canal boats along the way. The Southall Grand Union Canal Wellbeing Way is a green corridor that wraps around Southall, allowing local people to step away from the urban streets and connect with nature.
The beautiful Southall Park, a tranquil oasis in the heart of the area, featuring stunning gardens, a lake, and a playground for children. The park also hosts events throughout the year, including concerts, farmers' markets, and festivals.
