I have never had a complaint about a VRBO property, but this rental was horrible and other potential renters should be aware. We had no hot water for the entirety of our stay. I sent multiple messages, texts and called several times everyday begging them to come fix the issue. No one came. Instead, they sent replies saying the hot water is working fine, just wait for it to warm up for a few hours. However, that was not the issue as even the first shower of the day experienced cold water. After we checked out today, they claim they went over to inspect the property and they report that the hot water is working fine. We were there as a family to celebrate Thanksgiving over the long weekend. We are very honest, and they are liars and a scam. I paid over 20,000 for five nights, it was miserable. In addition, NONE of the furnishings are as the photos in the listing show. All cheap, stained rugs, master bedroom air system not working so they had a plastic floor fan. They also show a pool table in the photos, none exists. Total misrepresentation.
