Knock my door and ask us to leave!😡
We were arranged to a room with a beautiful wall of the hotel. Please check the attached photo taken from my room. Second, before we check out, we asked for late check out at 1pm. The hotel staff confirmed us no problem. But someone knocked on our door at 12pm and told us it was time to check out. This was the first time in life that someone in hotel knocked my room door and asked me to leave. It is ridiculous rude. I won't recommend anyone to consider this hotel.

Due to our location we are surrounded by some buildings meaning we have a small handful of rooms that may not have the most desirable view, for this we apologies. Due to high occupancy during your stay and our Signature Family Rooms being our most popular room category we were at maximum for the duration therefore were limited to move you to an alternative option. Regarding a knock on the door, i do apologies that this took place and of course is not the standard we set as a property, rest assured i have personally followed up with our housekeeping team for this. I am happy to see however that you did in fact depart at midday as planned in the end. We hope you will be willing to give us a second opportunity and welcome you in the near future.Be Well,

The staff was amazing but funny going on there. We had some very weird interaction & sounds coming from our room where the doors open that lead to another room. The fire alarm went off twice which was a pain. They ONLY have a few hrs for kids to swim. :( And their breakfast buffet was disgusting. Bacon tasted like salmon, sausage tasted like dry liver and it’s VERY disorganized. I couldn’t understand our waiter as he had a very strong accent & didn’t explain anything to us on how it works, etc. SO DISAPPOINTED in this hotel. :( Staff was the best thing!!! But that’s about it.

A nice hotel. Very friendly staff. We had a noisy neighbour and asked the concierge for a pedestal fan to help drown the noise which they said they didn’t have anything. Overall a great stay.

The Westin London City is an example of impeccable hosting! The facilities are new and well taken care, the staff is incredibly efficient, pleasant and eager to please! The Westin Club is a plus on your stay! Every detail was carefully prepared during the Holidays! The location is premium, close to all touristic areas but not in the middle of the noise and the crowd! I strongly recommend enjoying a great stay at Westin London City in this great city!

This is the second time I stay at this property. The staff is well trained polite and helpful. I was treated by the place manager (Andre) He was so helpful and he gave us access to the business lounge. The whole experience was great.

Everything was great, Would have given five stars in all areas but room service was poor, although I did get an apology and chocolate and no charge. So call it 4.9 stars. Great location because it’s quiet but has good facilities nearby and 2-5 minutes to three tube stations. The pool and sauna/steam room are great at the end of a day of sightseeing and walking around

My wife, two teen daughters, and I had a wonderful time in the Westin London City. We had two rooms with a connecting door. It is in such a great location next to the Millenium Bridge. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna hit the spot after a long day of walking. WE travel a good amount, and this hotel was ideal for touring London.
