Decent London stay
The townhouse location is strategy, shops and restaurant are just within a short walk. The room facility is clean and stylist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience for first time visit to London. I will definitely come back to this townhouse if I visit London again.

Its very well located and the roooms and bathrooms are super comfortable and very clean. It could offer more in terms of food. Especially later at night. The room service ends at 9:45. If you go to the theatre and como back to have a bite there us nothing to have !

We stayed in Lears Loft and the room was nice - good size and the amenities were good incl the outdoor bath. Nice and close to Oxford Street and Regents Park. All staff we spoke to seemed nice but a bit disorganised and service was slow. Requests were left unfulfilled and felt closer to an Air b and b than a hotel. Overall nice looking and well decorated but not exactly what I was expecting.

Love the funky vibe of the whole place & definitely like visiting a quirky uncle’s house. Great and friendly service! Rooms are really comfy. Lovely and lively lounge area for breakfast, snacks, and drinks. Would definitely stay at the Zetter again!

A bit overpriced but worth it for a short stay
The Zetter is well-located in charming Marylebone. It's clean and artfully decorated. The bar/tea room/breakfast room is lovely with delicious cocktails and breakfast options. The staff is sweet and the rooms are gorgeous.

I like boutique hotels but felt too much like a BnB - like entering a private home and had to be careful etc... Room was on the ground floor to the back and quite dark with views of a bin (with people smoking around it) looking right into window

A well located gem
Extremely charming and spacious junior suite. Furniture and decor are exquisite. Nice bathroom, and lighting options . Staff are very helpful. Area convenient without being overly busy. Walkable to Hyde Park, Selfridges, Oxford Street. Only 5 min walk to Marble Arch underground. I would certainly stay here again .

Wonderful Hotel in Central Location
Fantastic place. It was our second visit. We chose to stay here despite the bulk of our trip taking us south of the Thames. We had a small room, as opposed to last time, but that was likely my confusion booking through the Hotels.com site. (I’d previously booked direct). Even so, the room was very nice—great bed and linens—and the bathroom had a fantastic shower. Such a well-connected area transportation wise. We will definitely return (again). Thank you!

Loved the location and how quiet it was. Cute boutique hotel. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Spacious room and bathroom. I ended up with a disability accessible room, which resulted in a flooded bathroom every morning. Also, there was no convenient place to plug in a hair styling tool near a mirror so it was a bit inconvenient to get ready every morning.
