The Space:

This industrial-style 2-bedroom flat is perfect for those looking for a unique and modern living space. Located just an 18-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, it is ideal for sports fans and concert-goers.



The flat features beautiful neutral colours with industrial and sleek finishes, giving it a stylish and contemporary feel. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge area with plenty of natural light.



Both bedrooms are spacious and offer ample storage space. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The modern and stylish bathroom features both a bath and a modern shower.



The living room also has a queen-size sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 guests.



Paid parking is available on-site, making it convenient for guests travelling by car. The location is also well connected to public transport, with easy access to tube and bus routes.

Loud events, gatherings and parties are strictly forbidden. We live close by and kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful environment.

We are happy to provide airport pick up and drop off for an additional price.



No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house)



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbors during these times.



Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.



Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)
