小而美 交通方便
所在的交通位置 伯爵府 非常方便 房間小 但乾淨 旁邊還有Tesco方便採買 如果再有一個共用小廚房 可以微波東西 那樣以它的費用而言 我覺得就算是完美了

Not recommended for family travellers.
Hotel location is far from tube stations but close to a Tesco Superstore though. Horrible room and it didn't match the description of feom Hotel.com on the room size and it's price isn't worthwhile with its actual condition. The only positive point is the service of the staff, polite and very helpful.

酒店lift比較細，得一個人用到，價錢接受到。早餐得方面，橙汁果d!種類少，職員好nicet。好好人，又會主動幫助，走時送左小禮物比我地。仲同我地握手代表多謝。附近有超市，買野方便，而且對面就有巴士站了，好方便。

Not too far away from Earl's Court metro
It is a very nice and convenience hotel. It is around 5-10 mins walk from Earl's Court metro. Breakfast is cereal and toast, coffee and juice. Room is good.

Bed bugs; refusal to take responsibility. I am covered in at least 10 bed bug bites from staying in room 10 (ironic I know). No apology or refund as no complaint made during the stay. This was a quick stop overnight for a work trip and I left early the next morning. Bed bug bites can take days to appear so I didn’t notice them until I was already at work and away from the property. Please as a bare minimum deep clean the rooms if you’re not going to refund your guests for poor hygiene

Sehr einfaches Hotel. Zimmer und Bad sauber und relativ klein. Für London ist der Preis in Ordnung und man kann entspannt übernachten. Lage gut um nach Heathrow zu kommen und man ist auch schnell in der Innenstadt.

Second stay here and it's one I'll keep coming back to. This time i had a basement room which worried me at first but it was fine. Very clean. Shower was roomy, powerful and hot. Could do with more shampoo/shower gel although i tend to bring my own. Catering cups don't hold much tea....could do with mugs. Apart from that very satisfactory

I have stayed in a few budget hotels now and this one is definitely above average. Reception is manned 24hrs with helpful staff. Security code on front door. Single room was compact but adequate. Comfortable bed. Tea making facilities. Decor a little tired but carpet looked new and everything was clean. Broken floor tile in Bathroom but bathroom was big, clean and shower cubicle a good size.

Det var veldig hyggelige personal i resepsjonen. Rommet var lite men funksjonelt. Kort avstand til stor Tesco butikk. Og det var ikke så lang til transport. Og jotellet var langt billigere enn andre i nærområdet. Så ja her var mye bra. Men så til det som for meg knuser inntrykket av hotellet og som gjør meg skremt. Det er renholdet. Joda gulv til gulvteppet blir støvsugd. Men vegger, dusj og ovn var fryktelig skittne. Og de blir det nok ikke vasket. Mest skremmende er at det ikke blir vasket i dusjen mellom gjestene. Jeg fant en stor bæsjeklump hengenee på dusjeveggen (det så iallefall slik ut). Dersom dusjen var blitt vasket så hadde ikke jeg funnet dette i dusjen.

Volgend jaar weer!
Ik verbleef in het West Cromwell Hotel en ik moet zeggen dat de locatie echt geweldig is. Het hotel bevindt zich precies aan het begin van de stad, waardoor het super handig is om de omgeving te verkennen. Bovendien is er een grote supermarkt in de buurt, wat erg handig is voor boodschappen. Het feit dat er een bushalte recht voor de deur is en dat er een metrostation op slechts 6 minuten loopafstand ligt, maakt het nog gemakkelijker om je te verplaatsen. We hadden een kamer geboekt voor drie personen en deze werd elke dag schoongemaakt, wat erg prettig was. De medewerkers bij de receptie waren ook extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons zeer welkom voelden. Het hotel zelf is een beetje gedateerd, maar eerlijk gezegd heeft dat ons verblijf niet beïnvloed, vooral gezien de prijs die we hebben betaald. Het is echt een aanrader voor jonge reizigers die op zoek zijn naar een betaalbare accommodatie in een geweldige locatie. Al met al was ons verblijf in het West Cromwell Hotel zeer aangenaam en ik zou het zeker aanraden aan anderen.

Functional for sleeping over.
Everything was reasonably clean. Very few amenities. Basicaly worn and needs tlc. Bed was good. Room was heated and having on suite compensaites. There was a bit of internal noise but not too bad.

Nothing like described, Disappointing,
Twin room at very front of hotel. It was partitioned off from the reception desk. Incredibly noisy with traffic and windows not sound proofed, we had to buy ear plugs for second night. We sought to change room but only other twin in building was occupied. Bathroom was very jaded with no anti slip mat despite a sign saying Slip Hazard please use mat. Room only has a small stool for sitting. The room was not one for spending any time in other to sleep. Staff were friendly.

More pros than cons. We got a pretty silent room on 4th floor. Shower a bit lazy due the low water pressure (I guess). Both sink and bathtub had not working caps ... but as a frequent traveller I had two caps of different sizes with me, so no problem. Location of this hotel is nice, close to underground station and in a walking distance from the major museums and parks. Hotel used to have a breakfast but not any more - easy to cope with. The absolutely best thing was a friendly 24/7 duty staff. Keep up going that way. After some minor repairs the place could even get one more stars in overall level.

Un albergo essennziale ma confortevole. Dieci minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. La cortesia del personale è stata impagabile e mi ha aiutato a risolvere i problemi che mi si erano creati. Unica pecca la rumorisità del traffico Londinese che va avanti sino a tarda notte, la mia camera era a piano terra su Cromwell Road che è a 3 3 corsie molto trafficata,.

As a two star-rated hotel, I thought this hotel was pretty good. Great location and, importantly for me, reasonably quiet so I got a good night's sleep. Bathroom also fine for a two star hotel.

Værelse ud til West Cromwell Road betød et støjniveau på 65 dB gs - 79 dB lejlighedsvis. Ingen Aircon, derfor nødvendigt med åbent vindue. "Der er en vifte i skabet" Jatak - mere støj! (og lukket vindue hjalp kun lidt på støjen, til gengæld steg temperaturen hurtigt. Der manglede skridmåtte i badet. Kun 2 teposestørrelse shampoo-breve. TV'et blødte helt ud i farverne og lød værre end min telefon... Dårlig boxmadras seng. Kun een pude. Enkeltværelset var på størrelse med en celle - og lignedde også en sådan. Jeg havde betalt for 3 dage - ikke refunderbart - jeg flygtede næste dag til HAckny og betalte gladeligt for 2 dage på et også 2-stjerner hotel med en HELT anen standard og holdning.

It's a nice place to stay. Close to Earls Court station. The staff are kind and helpfull. Eventhough the hotel is on a busy street, inside you don't hear much. (Room at the streetside). It's not the newest but everything is clean.

First night of second stay they didn’t have the twin room available that we had reserved so we had to share a double, fortunately it was me and my son. Second night they got us into a room with two double beds. Accommodations were basic but the staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed us to keep luggage on site during room change and staff moved luggage to new room prior to arrival on second night. Nice touch. Hotel is close to main road but area feels safe.

The building is dilapidated and needs repairs. The stairs are creaking with age, lift is the tiniest I have seen and there is no ac and telephone. It is unsafe and should not be in your web site. In case of emergency, you’ll be trapped and no way to get out. The location is good though.
