Adjacent, the kitchen is contemporary in style, with beautiful teal tiling. Sitting next to the bi-fold doors out to the garden is an intimate breakfast table for four, ready to welcome you for a quick coffee in the morning. Fully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need, this space is as efficient as it is attractive. Venture out to the sunny private garden, which features a leafy patio complete with outdoor furniture – perfect for al fresco dining or a cocktail in the sun.

At the top of the first flight of stairs, the first bedroom awaits, adorned in charming bright blue. By the window is a desk with a chair, as well as a television. There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers as well. No smoking, pets or parties. Please note, the hallway, sitting room and small bedroom have been redecorated & the garden improved since these photos were taken. There is a baby cot available if required. We'd say this home is not really suited to young children and ask that older children take care when visiting.
