Camera comoda e vicino al centro

L'accoglienza è stata meravigliosa, la signora è super disponibile e spiega la zona cosa fare e come muoversi! La camera è bellissima, i letti comodi e nuovi, pulitissima fornita di ogni comfort, il bagno grande, con una grande doccia e funzionale! Che dire posto consilgiatissimo e zona splendida! Posto auto vicino al B&B. Colazione tipica irlandese abbondante e molto varia, per gli amanti del dolce, forse un po' scarsa di cose dolci!

Love Amore!

We loved everything about Amore B&B. Joan and Barry are wonderful hosts. Friendly, helpful, and very kind. Our room was wonderful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious. The B&B is located brilliantly in the heart of the city and within a few minutes walk to everything a person could want. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Amore is fantastic little B&B

Wonderful hosts and B&B in an excellent location to take in the city wall and the amazing waterfront. The Peace Bridge at night was magical. We were just one night but we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great location in town. Important to note they only take cash though - would have been nice to know upfront. Owners very pleasant and breakfast good.

A great welcome at Amore!

We spent two nights at Amore in August. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. There was plenty of information about the surrounding area. The B and B is ideally situated to explore the key significant aspects linked with Derry's history.

Très accueillant, très bien situé

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans ce B&B. Malgré 1 soir très bruyant (fête dans le quartier), les nuits sont plutôt calmes même si on entend un peu les bruits dans les 2 autres chambres du B&B. Il est idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre, des remparts, des pubs et des murals. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très gentils et donnent de bons conseils de visite. Les pancakes faits maison du petit déjeuner sont délicieux ! La suite familiale est très confortable.

Dejlig sted med utrolig sødt og imødekommende værtspar - rent og fint og dejlig morgenmad. Stedet ligger 3 minutters gang fra pubs og den gamle bymur og restauranter ... Alt hvad man har brug for lige ved hånden.

Derry Bed and Breakfast

We had a wonderful one night stay. Joan gave us a map with all the local sights and suggestions for pubs and restaurants. It was only a 3 minute walk to the murals and the wall. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. We would stay there again if every in Derry again.

Nettes B&B an sehr zentraler Lage

Wir blieben in dem kleinen B&B für zwei Nächte. Das Zweibett-Zimmer war gross und praktisch eingerichtet, sauber. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück konnte man aus einem breiten Angeot auswählen und wurde frisch zubereitet. Perfekter Aufenthalt während eines Städte-trips.

Et bra sted å overnatte i Derry.

Dette er et lite B&B som ligger i området Bogside i Derry. Området har en sterk forhistorie. Det er her snakk om "The Troubles" far slutten av 60-tallet. Amore har bare noen få senger og er familiedrevet. Soverom og bad er store nok og frokosten må berømmes. Det var også mulig å lage seg kaffe eller te med småkaker til hele døgnet. Eierfamailien var også svært behjelpelig med informasjon om Derry.

Mittendrin in der Geschichte

Joan & Barry waren zwei tolle Gastgeber. Joan empfing uns zu späterer Stunden und hatte uns schon einen Stadtplan vorbereitet, in dem sie unterschiedliche Restaurants eingezeichnet hatte, die noch zum Zeitpunkt der Ankunft über warme Küche verfügten und was wir jeweils dort im Durchschnitt löhnen müssten. Tee/ Kaffee und Kekse gibt es rund-um-die-Uhr im Selfservice, Barry kreiert morgens ein Frühstück nach Lust und Laune. Die Zimmer sind dem Standard angemessen und vollkommend ausreichend zum Schlafen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es zur Genüge. Bis ins Stadtzentrum sind es max. 5min. zu Fuß. Das B&B liegt im Bogside-Viertel, dass in den blutigen Tagen des Nordirlandkonfliktes u.a. durch den "Bloody-Sunday" zu trauriger Berühmtheit gekommen ist. Etliche Mahnmale, Muriels, ein Museum sowie die bekannte Hausmauer "You are now entering free Derry" sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Geschichte zum Anfassen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Friendly, comfortable, fantastic location

Hi. Barry and Joan run a really solid B&B only minutes from the Walls of Derry and the Guildhall. Yes, the house is in a housing estate but the area is perfectly safe, lots of parking (no problems there) and the proximity to town makes it super easy to sight-see or take part in all the events Derry has to offer. Very comfortable room, great breakfast. Highly recommended.
