“It was almost perfect . Great location, amenities and hosts . Communication was excellent and all small issues solved at once. It’s on the first floor though , so very dark as you need to keep the shades down for privacy. I’m a wake up with the sun person so it was a bit dreary for us but definitely not a deal breaker. Would stay again”

“This property was excellent. Diana the host was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and met all our needs. I cannot say enough about the value for money. It’s far enough on the outskirts of Denver to avoid the major traffic but close enough to get to the city easily. We went to Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountain National Park without any difficulty. Red Rocks is just a short drive from the house. High recommend. We had a wonderful stay at the house and week in Denver. If we come back we……

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……
