Fantastic Weekend

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been incredible. The grass backyard is a new addition since our last stay but was so nice for outdoor activities. Great Property that we will use again in the future.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It has everything you can ask for and more including top of the line appliances and comfy beds. Just a short walk down a private trail to the beach! Thank you Toby for sharing your beautiful home.

Great Place to Build Memories

This property was absolutely beautiful, and my friends/family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently located close to town and the beach. Communication with the owner (Toby) was outstanding; he really wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer than we did!

Excellent house for a group

Husband and I stayed here with a group of friends for new years and it was an excellent spot for us! It’s a short walk to the beach, the hot tub is in a spot where you actually want to hang out and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Would absolutely book here again.

Amazing place

I absolutely loved the location and the house. Just perfect for a friends vacation. Had so many activities to keep the kids and adults busy: board games, video games, yard games, beach, town, and don't forget the hot tub. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. House was very clean and organized, and had a lot more amenities than any other place I've stayed. Absolutely would come back again.

AWESOME beach house

This house is incredible for families (or large groups of friends). Two incredible master suites. Generous sleeping arrangements with plenty of super comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you'll need (and then some). Indoor and outdoor game rooms were the icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor and stay at this beach house!

We were a large multi-generational family group (3 to 60) and this was perfect! Things were clean, well organized and there were plenty of games and yard activities to enjoy together as well as outdoor areas if folks needed a bit of quiet alone time to recharge. I can’t say enough about the host, who was always responsive. 10/10 would stay there again

A wonderful property!

This home was perfect for our framily group (preschool-40 yr olds). Beds for all. Also, the beds are incredible! One member of our party said it's the best sleep they've had on vacation. The kitchen is STOCKED! And labeled! Waffle and icecream maker! The grass is soft, the beach was fun and not crowded, and outdoor showers helped to keep the sand to a minimum

Ladies birthday trip

What a wonderful home with great views. We watched the huge waves from the storm from both upstairs windows! We all thoroughly enjoyed your home and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Two great masters and the 6 bedrooms worked so well for us....everyone had their own bed!! Very clean and we loved all the labels where everything goes! AND the game work was so surprising! We've never seen so many games in one place! Wonderful, beautiful house and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our second stay at Toby’s property

Our family fully enjoyed our second stay at Ocean’s Trail! As a chef, I truly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and the entire house was. I love how well organized it was. We were able to utilize the clam guns and nets in the garage game room and even the weather cooperated. We highly recommend this property and look forward to trying other properties owned by Toby.
