Our family was scared to death, kids were crying and we didn’t know what was happening. We made sure the kids were safely outside and then checked the unit. Thankfully, there wasn’t any smoke or fire. We couldn’t figure out why the alarm went off but aired out the unit, got the alarm to go off, and then tried to get the family resettled. “Check in was smooth, received codes for keys timely. There are some shops nearby but limited number, Gearhart McMenamins has a small and convenient little shop as well as a restaurant with great food. The pictures of this condo truly are not accurate. The furniture is dated, some threadbare, and while there is a sleeper sofa, there were no sheets to put on it. Also due to how dirty and dusty the place was, I would be fearful to even open the thing up let alone sleep on it. The kitchen……
