「It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . 」

「Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.」

「There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel...

「The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. This property need alot of improvements 」
