“A group of eight guys headed to Cape Breton for 4 nights and five days at Baddeck and luckily picked the best possible place to stay that we could. The course is right next to Bell Bay Golf Club which was convenient for us as we played three rounds there, one at Cape breton Highlands (1 hr away) and one round at the Lakes at Ben Oein (1 hr away). “We drove from Ontario to Cape Breton to get away from it all. This cottage was great for a couple and small dog. I could also see it suitable for two couples or small family. The cottage has everything you need. The view itself is worth it. We loved watching the fisherman in the mornings with our coffee. It was nice to be able to sit inside, on the deck or in the screen room depending on the weather. The ever-changing skyline was just beautiful. We liked that it was central on the island to get……

The kids and the dog loved roaming the beach right outside and swimming in such perfectly clear and calm water was wonderful. Well equipped apartment and helpful friendly hosts. “I only stayed here for one night, but it was a very peaceful stay. The location was perfect for a view of the sunset. Unfortunately the night I was there was too cloudy to see it, but the stay was still worth everything else. The room and amenities were very well kept and cozy to stay in. I even walked a short trail that led to a brook (Sally’s Brook) that I don’t think had another access point. I would love to stay here again.”
