“Came up to the jetty with the family and stayed at this accommodation over the new years, we loved the location it was central to everything and nice views around, however, there were things that weren’t great, for start there were unflushed tissues in the toilet bowl upon arrival BEFORE any of us had even used the toilets so that indicates there was some kind of usage before we arrived that was NOT cleaned up. There were ants on the sinks and walls in the toilets. There were bright orange……

“We loved the pool but it seems the spa has been out of order for quite some time. The parking spot was extremely small and quite difficult to use. Unfortunately the unit was not very clean (dirty exterior of toilet and bathroom a bit grimy). We found a pile of dirty towels and sheets in the wardrobe and unfortunately no clean sheets for the sofa bed!”

“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……

“The house was very well located being across the road from a path along the ocean and only a 10 min walk to the patrolled beach and 15 min walk to the dog friendly beach. The house was perfect for pets with timber floors and enclosed front patio and back yard. There was some traffic noise from the road and a few small maintenance issues which didn’t detract from our weeks stay. I’d recommend the area and the house.”
