「We had a lovely stay. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable and large. The only hiccup was entry into house when we arrived. We couldn’t get in with the code provided. I called the owner and he had a spare set of keys on site. We would definitely stay again.」

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry」

「Centrally located, nice and clean property with all the amenities you need on a holiday. Immediately next to the Lake. Good for young family as well. Overall fantastic property. Also, the Property Manager, Louise was highly professional and really helpful. Will definitely be back next time.」
