“This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely……

“Upstairs make supper big noise during midnight, woke up by noise .and no quilt，dirty towels. very bad expense.”

“I made a reservation for a one-bedroom, non-smoking room, but when we got there, the receptionist informed me that they had reserved two smoking rooms for me. I showed the email from Expedia and the confirmation, and he just said that it did not come through their system. I'm definitely not going to try to reserve a room at their place again.”

“Black mold and ceiling was failing apart in bathroom. Also the toilet was dirty (from the previous person) when I walked in. Room smelled a little suspicious of moisture that was noticeable.”

“Do not book here. I am traveling back W with my recent college grad and this was going to be our first layover. I did one loop in the parking lot and left immediately. The fact that the majority of the residential blocks are burned out/boarded up brick row houses (even the church was boarded up and broken into) should be a clue. There were 6 cars in the parking lot, one of which was occupied by a dude using drugs. The ground floor room directly to the left of the main entrance had it's blinds……

“DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Day one, we were out of our room from 7:30am to 9pm. They picked up ALL of our towels, but did not replace ANY of them. When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told the clerk needed to call the manager. What? To get some towels (that they took). We were treated like we were thieves. We were told that they hadn’t replaced the towels because we were resting. WTH? We weren’t even in the room all day. No other room service or anything; no bed made, sweeping, nothing. Day……

“The place was a complete dump the room had bugs and 2 glue mouse traps no towels the second bed had no blankets it was maybe the most terrible place I've ever stayed at in my life ”
