“If you need space for alot of guests, this property is ideal. Not only inside, but beautiful grounds, garage, well equipped fire pits, boathouse with many toys, large dock for boats/pontoon.Clear water for swimming, and easy walk from house to beautiful Big Portage lake.My favorite place was the catwalk to a private space over looking the lake. So peaceful.The home is a work of art. Many of the owners personal treasures you'll most likely will never see again. There's a boardroom, ice cream……

“We had a three day stay in Phelps. Really nice lakefront home on a gorgeous lake. The house is quite close to several other homes and piers, but none were occupied during our stay. Beautiful lakefront, nice pier, great fire pit. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of quality towels and linens. If you're coming with plans to cook, be sure to bring your own kitchen basics like S/P and cooking oil as there were no staples in the house. The house has a standby generator which was a real plus as the area……

“A group of friends stayed and spent a wonderful weekend shopping at the Cranberry Festival. While we enjoyed the city our favorite time was spent at the home. Very clean, excellent amenities, Christine was prompt for any of our questions. The fire pit and views from the deck were excellent. We all said this was the perfect home for a group of girlfriends. Would absolutely rent this home again. Thank you!”

“Accuracy of property was excellent. Property and cabin were clean and tidy. Wifi was surprisingly fast and handled a group of 6 with no issues. Only two complaints:- The code provided for the front door lock did not work when we arrived and had to call the 1-800 number to get it reset, which did work but was a slight inconvenience after traveling all day- The upstairs master bathroom shower had no hot water at all. Every other bathroom worked just fine though.Aside from those two issues……
