The 24-hour front desk service is really helpful for international travelers who may not be able to receive text messages with login details. The apartments are small studios. They provide an extension cord, which it is good because the plugs are mostly behind furniture. There is a lot of noise from the trams on King St. They provide earplugs. If you're missing something, check the drawers.

Rooms were big and clean. Bed was confortable. Accross from huge mall. Rooms were not available au check-in which was not ideal. They took either 30 min. They offered us extended check-out which didn't really help us.
