The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures which was a testament to the home away from home vibe that my family came to enjoy and appreciate. Despite the long driveway was occasionally icy due to winter conditions, we were well informed of potential hazards conditions. “Property itself was great, no complaints about that. Unfortunately the check-in process to get there was extremely difficult, especially with the large number of cars that my party had. Each driver needs to be on a list at the check-in for the entire community and needs to wait in line with registration and license. Some members of our party waited for an hour only to find out they weren’t on the list. I’m not even sure it’s the hosts fault, it’s just something to keep in mind especially for……

“Very comfortable space and close to everything we needed ”

“We were 7 people and the space was perfect. The space was very clean and cozy. I really appreciated that each room in the house had its own thermostat and temperature control and we were able to make the house warm and cozy. I've stayed in the same community at different homes before where the temperature control was not great and felt it was either too cold or too warm or the floors were freezing. They also had an easy turn on switch fireplace which was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool……

“We recently stayed at an individual house in the Poconos, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway for our family. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had a cozy, welcoming feel with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. One of the highlights was the peaceful surroundings. “Location was quaint and check in very easy. Host was communicative. However, ACs were finnicky. Kitchen and living room subject to arctic blasts while rooms overheated and suddenly turn off. Living room TV remote was non-functioning even with batteries replaced. Outside lights over the fire pit were broken. But worst of all, there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling on our second night, perhaps to no fault of the host, but still took from the experience. Would not recommend unless……

“Incredibly welcoming home! Owner had decorated for holidays & messaged in advance to make sure we were ok with holiday decorations (every thoughtful!). Check in was as described, & owner messaged to check that all was ok. We hit during a very cold spell but heat was more than adequate. Every room had a different personality, very thoughtful & with little personal thouches throughout (games, pillows, blankets, etc). The kids loved the HP bunk room & adjacent game room (a lot of family……
