“The room was cozy, clean, and didn't smell bad. For a room under 70 dollars, that's all I require. I love roadside motels where you can pull right up to your room. “Arrived in the evening our AC was not working..within minutes someone was at our room and then we were moved to another room as it could not be fixed. Second room ( non smoking room) smelled of smoke we called front desk again and they offer to move us we declined we were too tired after driving 17 hours. We had her note the smell was there so we would not be charged for smoking in a non smoking room.
Carpets are very dirty and stained they need to be completely removed from the hotel

“The owners were super friendly and accommodating, they seem to really care and take pride . Rooms were clean and spacious with lots of hot water and good water pressure & beds were pretty comfy.
It’s not a fancy place but excellent value for the money.”

“Everything was great except we did not appreciate the distance we had to walk to arrive at our room way to far for me. The cleaning lady said they where only allowed to put one face cloth in a room. Which is ridicules. She was very nice and gave us face cloths and apologized. We did love how quiet it was at nigh. info in the room about the complex and where everything was would have been helpful. All in all we did enjoy the Dev/hotel.”
