Perfect cottage! Million dollar views

  • Adorable beach cottage with million dollar views of Sarasota Bay out front and a canal out back. Gorgeous seating in both locations offer a choice of views! Fish right out the door or keep your boat on our lift for an additional charge. Add private Beach access, Duarte Park for a hike and fabulous restaurants all just a 5 minute walk and you'll never want to leave!
    The charming cottage has beach inspired decor and is well equipped. We rented it, loved it, and bought it! A secret gem!

Loved this place can't say anything bad. Hope to return at some point. Beautiful lil cottage on the bay! Thank you Joan for getting the ESPN added to the TV!
