Bright and sunny two-bedroom two-bathroom condo in a small resort located on the beach. Top floor unit with elevator access. Cathedral ceilings and ceramic flooring throughout (except guest bedroom forthcoming). Open-designed renovated kitchen. New tiled walk-in shower in Master bathroom with dual shower heads. Great view of the pool from balcony, and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.

We’ve stayed at 10 or so places on the beach along this stretch, and this listing delivered all it promised. Comfortable space and accommodations. I’m leery when people say “walking distance” to the pool and beach, but they were on the mark. Thanks and see you again!!

Great place!

We loved staying at #307! The amenities were just what we needed, the place was clean and well layed out. The access to the beach was great and the beach itself was clean with lots of great little shells. Beach chairs provided were very helpful and the umbrella and beach toys in the condo were also helpful. We loved the quiet atmosphere, we were close enough to quickly drive to food and entertainment, but far enough away from the busiest areas to make our stay relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Our Stay at the Cay

The location of the property was great. Disappointed that we shared our patio with our neighbors. They had small children and we weren't able to use it much.The rug needed to be cleaned well as the living room furniture and the patio furniture needs updating. The beach is terrific!!!

Not for six to stay

The proximity to the beach was awesome with this property however it was posted as sleeping six in this condo there’s no way you could sleep six the bedroom with the two twin beds in it was very small and for two adult women in a room like that it was pretty crowded. It would’ve been nice to have a a few more towels and tissues and toiletries.

Nice getaway

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The condo looked exactly as advertised and had all the amenities needed for a short stay- including linens, towels and soap in the bathroom and beach towels for the beach/pool. We found the shower in the master bath very tricky to figure out and use, but it was nice once we got it going. Easy walk to the pool and beach and other amenities around like shuffleboard and tennis/pickleball. Laundry is by the front office. The place is not especially close to good restaurants so we did grocery shop and make most of our meals at home. Highly recommend Crab and Fin one night for dinner in St. Armand's circle.

The location was about a half mile from Anna Maria night life. you need a car to get around. the supermarket was close by as well. the Beach was great, they provide chairs and umbrellas for guests at no charge. The sunsets were beautiful. The kids had a great time.

Perfect for us

Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Younger people and teens would likely be bored staying in this area, but for quiet beach time, it was perfect for us. Reaching anyone on telephone at the office ahead of our check in was met only with voicemail and no return calls. Even our email inquiring about after-hours check in wasn't returned. It ended up not being an issue since, like so many other places, they leave keys and check in instructions near the office, but it's still unnerving to travel so far with blind hopes that you've got a way into your bedroom for the night. I still give the place 5 stars and would return, just offering some heads up that communication is a factor, but if you don't need anything, then it won't be a problem :-)

Very Good Place

We had a great weekend. The apartment has a lot of things available, the beds where very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the beach is the best. We love to workout (run and bike) and the area is the perfect place for that !!! We have some small suggestions for next guests!! The WiFi instructions located in the back of the front door are wrong. The one that worked where located at the TV station. The light of the night table close to the restroom was not working. We stayed for 4 nights but there were just 2 soap for the dishwasher and 2 the trash bags. There is no food waste disposal unit. There were some ants in the kitchen. There was no multi cleaners at least to clean the counters.
