“We stayed at the Highstay Centre Pompidou apartment for nine days in July/August 2026 as a family of four visiting from Canada. I wanted to leave a detailed review because, before booking, I found surprisingly little independent information about the property. “No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey. The room itself is remarkable, functioning AC throughout, 2 toilets and 3 baths for a 2 double beds apartment(and 1 sofa bed), 2 TVs, dining table, cooking space, fridge, kettle and coffee machines, disc player, books, all essential cookwares, wash-dryer, steam iron, excessive hangers, and an extremely detail instruction book on every possible item and recommendation you could think……

“Emplacement et état général de l'établissement acceptable. Cependant le ménage est quasi inexistant. A notre arrivée, les sols n'étaient pas propres sans compter en dessous des lits et autres. Les ustensils de cuisine, le micro onde, la poubelle et surtout le TORCHON étaient sales ... Le pompon : l'odeur nauséabonde de la salle de bain. “We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“Its location is so friendly to reach metro and railway station. Quiet spot. So many food choice around. Affordable room rate. Clean and comfy. Even though it doesn’t have a bar and a restaurant on site, there are two nice cafe next door. Will love to come bake to here in my next trip to Paris.”
