"Check in took longer and stressful, long lines and none of the online check was working. There should be same lift or elevator for all floors but for each floor we have to take different elevators. That was not comfortable at all. "

The room smelled strongly like an ashtray from 1985, which seemed like the last time it was cleaned. We payed for a room with a view, but the filthy windows were more impressive than the view itself. Blankets were like sand paper. Room service was friendly. Front desk was friendly as well. Just a really overpriced gross hotel. "
