“Had a lovely stay in the loft! The views were fantastic, and the location was amazing—perfectly situated with easy access to other areas. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here!”

“BEWARE: This hotel is extremely dishonest!! I was asked to give credit card guarantee during checkin, like many other hotels. But the amount was £265, equivalent to one night room charge. But the room had been fully paid thru hotel.com long before the checkin. And the money was immediately removed from my credit card. When asked why it was not a holding guarantee, the front desk staff said the amount would be reimbursed after checkout if no damage done and no mini bar used. This was not……

“Amazing location and view over to St. Michael Mount.”

“Very comfortable. Clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Great accommodation for my Wife and I and our dog. Text from the hosts letting us know when it was ready a bit earlier was a very nice touch. Very clean and tidy with all the equipment needed for our short stay. Lovely views of the area and a great location for exploring. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area rather than the impersonal stay of a hotel.”

“A little B&B run by a nice couple. Super convenient to the Penzance rail station. (Literally 2 minutes on foot) Great value, great breakfast. In my room the ceiling fan was a bit wonky, but otherwise no problems. I would definitely consider staying again.”

“Nice accommodation in a good position ”

“Great location for what we wanted and the rooms were lovely. Good value and we’d definitely come back. ”

“The property was clean and presented well. It was a nice touch with the welcome basket and milk tea/coffee. There were shops/restaurants close by and about. 10 min walk to take buses/trains to other parts of Cornwall. A couple of negatives but not a big deal is that we had to buy toilet paper as we were only left with one spare roll for our 5 night stay. There were roadworks right outside the house every day for the five days.. work crews would show up with machines and start working at……

“We have stayed all over Cornwall and this is without a doubt the best place we have stayed. It was quiet, relaxing and calm and the decor, calming music and room amenities made it a perfect setting for a relaxing break. The owners are helpful and pay great detail in making sure your stay is the best possible. We would definitely return”
