Snuggle on the sofas in the welcoming lounge and admire the incredible sea views through the balcony doors. In the spacious kitchen/diner, the cook will appreciate the range of facilities, including a microwave and a dishwasher. Occupants of the king-size bedroom can roll out of bed in the morning and enjoy breakfast on the balcony which is just a step or two from the bed. This room, which has areas of sloping ceiling, also boasts an en-suite shower. The other bedrooms are a small double (one side of the bed is against the wall) and a single, sharing an elegant family shower room. As for outside space, the three balconies which lead off the lounge, kitchen/diner and main bedroom offer plenty of opportunities for enjoying the sunshine, whether with a morning coffee or a sundowner. There’s also a garden shared by the five apartments in the block, which has access straight to the beach.
With a nightclub next door and bars, cafes, restaurants and shops all within a few metres, this is a great destination for enjoying everything that Looe has to offer, right on your doorstep. If you want to head out of town, the charming village of Polperro is just 4 miles, while the attractions of Bodmin Jail, Carnglaze Caverns, Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project are all within 22 miles.
