  • Child friendly, comfortable apartment block "Rock Towers". In the resort, 50 m from the sea. Shop 400 m, grocery 150 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop "Hannafore" 100 m, railway station "Looe" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Looe Beach" 500 m. Sports harbour 500 m, golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: The Monkey Sanctuary 3 km, The Eden Project 18 km.
    4-room apartment 120 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Bathroom, shower/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with digital TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Bathroom, bath/shower/WC. Gas heating. Large balcony, large terrace, small garden. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 4 at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. TV only EN.

Apt 4 Rick Towers

Lovely Apt but could do with updating, bedroom furniture smelt musty, handkes missing andneed more than 3 hangers, need a wardrobe and lamp in twin room. Bathroom upstairs needs unlocking- bath and sink took ages to go down plus flushed kept sticking. Damp patches/mould in kitchen and ceiling of en-suite bathroom. Entrance keypad - the enter key had worn away, need to put that in the instructions, other than that the Apt was clean and comfortable with lovely views and not to far from the town.

Great location but conflicting info.

Locatio is superb and apartment is very clean and well maintained. Two lovely balconies to enjoy the stunning view from. A few gripes though. The information in the booklet in the apartment says you have to check outstanding 10.30 am but the email says 9am. The WiFi code in the information book is out of date and does not match the box in the apartment. On the booking confirmation e mail it says appartment 1 but we actually stayed in apartment 4.
