「Grant’s Lummi Island cabin was the perfect setting for some much needed rest and relaxation. The spacious deck provided a perfect backdrop for meals, lounging in the sun and afternoon naps. The hot tub was a favorite, as was his well stocked kitchen. Grant was a gracious host, always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions. I will definitely return to his place. 」

「What a view! And with the changing tides, the view actually changes throughout the day, which is so fun. The access to the beach just out the door was so nice. We brought a paddle board and could go out on the water as we pleased. Came across the coffee bar at Captain whidbey’s next door and could walk along the beach to go grab breakfast to go. The house itself was just fine. No bells and whistles, but clean. 」

「We stayed three nights in this cozy cabin which is located close to town. Super easy check in/out. Plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen. Lots of games along with a big TV. No yard or carport for car so bringing two vehicles was kind of tight but we made it work. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels for 4 people. Some road noise but you couldn't hear it with the windows closed. Oh two doors down there is a loud dog (behind a fence) to greet you when you arrive!😂 」

「Absolutely loved my stay here. I was looking for a nice place to escape from everything and this was perfect! Beautiful views of the deck, and on the beach, and even driving to the house. Super clean and simply, yet perfectly decorated. Stocked with anything you could need. Very responsive and helpful hosts, and clear directions listed. I would strongly recommend visiting this beautiful, quaint island and staying at the Huckleberry!」

「We had a great short getaway and enjoyed sitting in the living room and outside watching otters, seals and boats pass by. This property is somewhat cheaper than some other comparable properties on Lopez and there is a reason, as indicated by many other reviewers.
