“Rooms at Hacienda Suites Loreto are about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Our room had no refrigerator, but more “delux” rooms did. We had to request our AC be re-programmed to cool lower than 78 degrees. Staff friendly, but some spoke little English. Daily breakfast was excellent. Pool and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of seating and shade. Rooftop installation of solar panels made afternoon naps……

“The rooms were very clean. There are no modern amenities, however, the staff and the food could not have been better. This hotel is quaint and beautiful and walking distance to Pureto Escondido Marina. The pool is big and inviting. Free breakfast mornings.”

“They told us we did not have a reservation. I showed them my reservation. They had no record and said that they had not been paid and had no room available. Needless to say, I want a refund!!! They did call and found a room for us at another hotel. Walked to it dragging our luggage. ”
