「Excellent stay including great food clean hotel and staff very nice friendly and helpful」

「Muy memorable estancia, hace dos semanas mi esposa y yo estuvimos hospedados aquí, mi esposa usa la cpap para dormir en la habitación que nos habían dado no funcionaba bien la máquina fue a recepción y inmediatamente le solucionaron el problema la Srita. Larissa nos cambió de habitación y mi esposa pudo dormir tranquila, cabe mencionar todo el personal muy amables desde recepción hasta en restaurante, la Srita Mary Fer muy cordial y amable también siempre al pendiente si nos hacía falta...

「The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places,the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to...
