Lovely vacation

We had a great time at La Corniche. The house is lovely and we felt warmly welcome and the view from the terrasse is as beautiful as from the swimming pool! We were also pleased to discover some of our favorites in the record collection while observing the shooting stars. The whole family is now back at home with lovely souvenirs!

Amazing property

This property is exactly like the pictures online but we were still blown away with how amazing it is. The views from the balcony are stunning and the heated pool a delight. Perfect temperature and a relief from the heat. The location was perfect. Very secluded but walking distance from the town. Also had a decent supermarket 10 minute drive away. We are a family of six with four adults between the ages of twenty and twenty five. Plenty at the house to keep us occupied. We spent many a happy hour playing table tennis and pétanque. We loved the space on the balcony. Eating our meals there with the stunning view felt really special. We had a totally relaxing time and the new kitchen and freshly decorated rooms made being in the house feel clean and welcoming. A real home from home. We would most definitely recommend this house. Astrid and Bart communicated with us really well and Kiki met us there and was so lovely and helpful. We were so sorry to leave at the end but hope to come back one day. Definitely our best house yet.

Gemeinsam mit unseren 3 Jungs und ihren Freundinnen, haben meine Frau und ich 2 traumhafte Wochen im wunderschön gelegenen Haus mit grossem Pool und einmaliger Aussicht genossen. Der morgendliche Spaziergang ins nahegelegene Lorgues, mit Kaffee und Croissant sowie die Jogging- und Bike-Touren sorgten für beste Erholung. Nebst sonnigen Tagen am Pool, waren die Ausflüge an den Strand von Saint-Maxime, nach Nizza und zu den Weingütern der Region, weitere Höhepunkte der Ferien. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Übergabe des Hauses. Das Haus entspricht exakt den Fotos im Inserat. Highlights sind die Terrasse mit schönem Weitblick und der tolle Pool, der sich auch zum Schwimmen eignet. Ausstattung funktional. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kommunalen Waldgebiet und eignet sich für schöne kleine Spaziergänge. Lorgues ist ein sehenswertes Dorf mit authentischem Markt am Dienstag. Beau séjour dans une maison correcte, mais sans luxe

Le balcon, très vaste, offre une très belle vue et on peut y prendre tous ses repas de façon très agréable. Il constitue sans aucun doute la caractéristique vedette de cette maison et nous en avons pleinement profité. La piscine est également splendide, mais elle se situe environ 40 marches plus bas. L'escalier est rustique avec des marches de pierre parfois inégales. Ce n’est pas un gros problème, mais c’est quand même un petit effort à chaque fois que l’on s’y rend. Pour le reste, la cuisine est moderne et fonctionnelle. Les pièces communes sont ouvertes et assez agréables, mais il n’y a aucune chaise ou fauteuil confortable. Les chambres sont petites. La salle de bain est dotée d’une toilette bizarre qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons eu quelques problèmes mineurs avec la maison, mais tant le propriétaire que sa représentante locale se sont efforcés de tout solutionner avec gentillesse. En somme, la maison est en bon état et confortable dans les limites mentionnées, les hôtes sont accueillants, mais elle ne constitue en aucun cas un hébergement de luxe. Pour offrir un point de comparaison, on s’y trouve davantage dans un hôtel IBIS que dans un SOFITEL. Dans cette partie du VAR, si agréable et si accueillante, il y a très peu de maisons proposées en location qui offrent un bon confort. Celle-ci offre un confort modeste, mais ne louez pas en pensant y trouver du luxe, car il n'y en a pas et vous serez fortement déçus.

Traumurlaub in der Provence

Das Haus liegt fantastisch und man genießt einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Ausflugsziele gibt es reichlich, man ist schnell am Mittelmeer, aber auch die kleinen Dörfer in der nahen Umgebung bestechen durch Ihren Charm.. Manchmal möchte man auch gar nicht weg und lieber die Zeit am Haus verbringen, denn der wunderschöne Garten mit dem Poolbereich ist wie eine kleine Oase und man möchte dort viel Zeit verbringen. Auch die gemeinsamen Sommerabende auf dem großen Balkon bleiben unvergessen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Traumhafte Villa mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir waren extrem begeistert - natürlich wegen des grandiosen Ausblicks, aber auch weil das Haus so geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, was in Frankreich nicht Standard ist. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind traumhaft. Ein Glück für uns, dass Hunde dort willkommen sind. Das Haus befindet sich wenige Autominuten vom Ort entfernt, wo es einen großen Supermarkt und mehrere nette Bäckereien gibt. Außerdem ist der große Markt zu empfehlen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Heerlijke vakantieplek

2 weken in deze heerlijke villa verbleven. Het heeft volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. Wat een paradijsje! Alles klopt; de ligging is mooi, fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het riante balkon, mooie tuin en heerlijk zwembad met goede ligbedden. Het geheel is voorzien van alle luxe die het verblijf nog aangenamer maakt. Goede bedden, krachtige douche etc. etc. Meestal gaan wij niet terug naar dezelfde plek maar hier komen wij vast nog een keer terug! Veel te zien/doen ook in de omgeving en praktisch altijd mooi weer in de Provence. Kortom een stevige aanrader.

Erholsamer Badeurlaub

Perfekter Pool. Geräumiges Haus, leider ohne Klimaanlage. Gut ausgerüstete Küche. Riesiger Garten auf verschiedenen Ebenen mit mehreren Sitzplätzen. Erholsame Ferien. Sehr hilfsbereite und absolut unkomplizierte Betreuung durch Kiki (vielen Dank). Lorgues ist ein schönes Dorf mit grossem Markt und vielen guten (aber auch gut besuchten) Restsurants.

Amazing views and pool area

House far exceeded our expectations, basic rooms which we were are or but stunning main bathroom. Good lay out of kitchen living space but the highlight was the terrace from the kitchen, hard to beat that’s view. Pool area lovely with great sun loungers, pool perfect temperature. The house had a great location, Lorgues haf a number of bars and restaurants and a great market on a Tuesday. The house was perfectly placed not far from the beach, and our children loved days at the lake too. Stunning area, countless vineyards, would wouldn’t hesitate to re book.

Fantastisch huisje!

We verbleven hier met een groep van 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Het huis is enorm "gerieflijk": vaatwas, oven, goed kookvuur, heel wat keukengerei, ruime koelkast en diepvries, .... Een ruime badkamer met bad en douche en slaapkamers met comfortabele bedden. Met het fantastisch uitzicht is het fijn vertoeven op het terras. Toch is er binnen ook plaats genoeg om op een regendag comfortabel binnen te zitten. Het zwembad is ideaal van grootte en temperatuur en goed afgesloten met toegangspoortjes. Voor ons was het fijn dat we voor het zwembad een beetje de heuvel af moesten, dat gaf ons een groter veiligheidsgevoel(de kinderen zouden niet alleen naar beneden gaan). Qua ligging is het ook super: op de heuvel is een sportief parcours vlakbij voor de sportievelingen. Het dorp, winkels, bakker zijn vlakbij. Het enige minpuntje voor ons: de septische punt waarbij doorspoelen iets lastiger verloopt dan thuis. Vooral als ' ochtends iedereen naar het toilet moet, zorgde dit soms voor lastige momentjes :-)
