Experience the privacy and comfort of the modern, stylish two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and be within the sound of the rolling surf and the calling of birds from the bush Hinterland. Watch the sun sparkle on the water in summer, the storms sweep across in winter, or find warmth and seclusion in the enclosed courtyard.

Designer furniture and appliances ensure all your needs are met, but you can also step across the road to the Pier Restaurant and the Pacific Hotel or stroll leisurely to the main beach and wide choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and cinema. Apartment not suitable for children.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location and views

The property is well equiped with everything you'd need for a short family stay, and the views/sunrises really excellent. At our time of stay the Stovetop wasn't working, but Great Ocean Road Real Estate worked very hard to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. The only minor gripe is some of bathroom fittings are a bit worn and should be updated as they could be inconvenient. Overall we would stay here again hence 5 stars.
