Location Location Location!

If your idea of a great break/holiday is parking the car and not using it again until its time to leave, then this place is for you! A very short walk to the beach and everything that Lorne has to offer - bliss!

Amazing, great location. Property very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Great place to stay and very close to everything. Beach and cafes/restaurants all walking distance. Lovely feel to property and well appointed. The only negative would be the inability to park on or next to property.

Lottie’s cottage is like a time capsule!

A renovated interior to meet modern needs but otherwise left as it always was, simple seaside living complete with a quint essential Aussie backyard of grass and a hillshoyst. Charming & simple.

Fantastic location

Ideal place for a relaxing family holiday. This beautiful little cottage has it all. Its close to all the shops and the beach. Although its quite small it has all you need for a great holiday. Youll need to bring your own BBQ though as this was missing , nothing like having a bbq on the balcony watching the ocean. We also recommend fly screens to all windows and doors as this prevents you from opening the windows and allowing the fresh ocean breeze in. Make sure you dont bring a trailer as this property does not have parking at alll. You can park all day in the street behind .Over all it was fantastic and I would recommend it .

Great place to spend time in Lorne. Excellent location, close to main beach and cafes/shops. The kitchen is well kitted out with everything you need to cook your own meals. Lovely verandah at front to watch the world go by

Wake up to the sound of waves

We loved the cottage. Great location and perfect for our small family weekend away in Lorne. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere for our daily coffee run and trips to the beach. We would wake up to the lovely sound of the waves from our room. Our son also loved having a little bit of grass out the back to play.

Lovely house in a super convenient location. There is no parking but we had no trouble finding street parking nearby. Comfy bed, great shower, kitchen had everything you could need. Perfect for our family of four

great location

Positive - very clean and comfortable house, new modern kitchen and bathrooms, right in the middle of town, recently renovated. Negatives - The kitchen was well appointed, lots of cutlery and crockery but no microwave and no cutting board. We didn't want to cut straight onto the stainless steel bench so had to buy a cutting board to use. - lots of traffic (cars and people) noise going past the house but it is right in the middle of town so you must expect some noise. Suggestions - A wire door at the front so we could leave the door open for fresh sea air. -Fix the bathroom door so that it will close properly

A stunning renovation - casual yet stylish - perfectly set up for a family of 4. All the amenities you require (even bedlinen). By far the best house we have stayed at in Lorne over the last 40 years!!!
