I had a wonderful stay at Rita’s condo. The room was very clean and quiet, which allowed me to truly relax. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there are so many great restaurants within walking distance. Everything was perfect for my trip. We had an excellent experience at this property. The home was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was the perfect spot for us as it is extremely close to Pasadena. We came from San Diego to volunteer to work on the rose bowl parade float for the San Diego Zoo Safari Park float. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an excellent stay here over the weekend and would absolutely recommend it. The amenities werethoughtfully set up, clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable visit. The complex was very quiet, making it a great place to unwind after exploring the city.The directions and check-in instructions were some of the clearest I've ever received, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. CONS: Disturbing water hammer issues, bedroom cluttered with furniture made moving around it difficult if not hazardous. Not much living room space or furniture: comfortable for 2 people but not sufficient for more than that or with kids.
