Didn’t like how unorganized they are. I had no trashcan in my room. The sinks water would barely pour any water. Once I had a my check out, they said that I lost my deposit because I had extra guess come by for no longer than 10 minutes so pick something up from the room so definitely not the best location I’ve stayed at. The area was vary. It had great spots to eat

My white socks were black after walking on the carpet. Needless to say, kept my feet covered. Remote control was not up to speed and had to keep pressing in order to get it to change channels. Bathroom was clean and appeared that sheets were clean.

microwave was broke, bathroom sink was dirty, refrigerator made noises, no trash receptacles, furniture was dirty, lighting was poor, staff would not let me have my reserved room before 3pm unless I paid them 20 dollars extra per hour before 3pm. Had to leave a 50 dollar deposit for room and that was not explained to me on the website before booking.

The hotel was ok. I got a room for my father who was in town. Went to say hi. They carged him 10.00 for me being there for less then an hour. What kind alof crap is that? Super petty.

They required a $50 deposit for security which is not mention either by Expedia or by the motel itself. The motel is about 20-plus years old old furniture light sockets do not work room was dirty. I stopped someone trying to break into my vehicle. How to mail Mexican knock on my door I want to know if I want to buy Fentanyl. The carpet in the room was torn . Bathroom is too small I can barely get in to take a shower because I was too close to the toilet. Also found 6 cockroaches in the room. For the price I paid I could have slept in my car.

Friendly but just not my expectations
I didn’t end up staying , I checked out 3 hrs later. the service was very friendly but I expected a more modern hotel the pictures on the website didn’t match the actual way the motel rooms looked. Old looking comforters and suspicious bedding. I just didn’t feel it was clean enough.The outside cleanliness wasn’t that great, there was garbage on the outside premises either left from people who were staying there or the homeless people who were around the area.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here
The office staff was very nice the motel on the other hand was not! The walls had chipping paint and spiderwebs. The sheets were dirty with and had cigarette burn holes in them. Outside smells like urine so when I turned on the air it was coming through the vent. I have asthma so I got a non smoking room… well I might as well got the regular room because the rooms joining ours has smoking coming into outside. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors. Our stay was pretty bad I wanted to sleep in my car. The bathrooms was clean except for the towels had red sauce on them

This property needs a lot of improvements; staff, service, and overall appearance and cleanliness of rooms. For those in a pinch or need to stay for one night and this was your only option, just be prepared and don’t expect too much. I don’t like to complain especially since there isn’t much you should expect when it comes to most motels if not all, but I personally think that when it comes to the hospitality business as in any business their should be a level of hospitality or at least an attempt. I do not recommend this place for solo female travelers and encourage the owner/boss to seriously consider renovating.

Horrible…
Where do I start… For starters I was asked for a $50 deposit which never since I’ve booked with hotels has this happened. The room was horrific, it looked dirty, the faucet leaking, a hole on the wall, bedding old like it had never been washed, everything in there was outdated. But yet had nice shutters. I didn’t sleep as I felt uncomfortable in such a dirty room. And yet charged a deposit makes no freaken sense. Such nice area such raunchy hotel. I never leave negative comments on here but in this case I had to. Customer service was okay!

The hotel is on a big road, easy to get to from Ontario Airport. Parking is very limited, but adequate for 1-car, 1-room. Air condition worked, small microwave and small fridge both worked. The desk clerk is friendly and helpful. The room had a lot of space so one doesn't feel cramped, which was nice for the price. Bedding appeared clean, which was welcome to a tired traveler. Now I come to what I dislike to review, things that don't make the grade. Upon check-in, you are charged a $50 deposit (refundable) "cleaning fee". Unfortunately, the shower had mold growing on all the joints, even though the floor and walls were clean. I felt it necessary to buy some microban spray, just in case. Tv remote didn't work. When you check in, they hand you the remote. (I didn't have time to run down to the office to exchange it) Microwave and fridge could have used a little better cleaning. It is ok for an overnight, maybe two like I had, but my particular room, if I had to stay more than that, I probably would have gone to a different place.
