This is a great apartment that’s a very short walk to the beach and close to everything around Santa Monica. We appreciated all of the items provided for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.). A nice welcome from the host and everything you need to cook.

Honestly, you can’t beat this location! It’s such a clutch spot, close enough where you can hear the waves in the morning. The hosts were great and have so much beach gear for you to use.

Cute beach cottage that was super clean and had all the amenities needed for a fun beach stay - full kitchen, comfy bed, washer and dryer, beach chairs, towels and toys! Short walk to the beach and all the fun boardwalk amenities! Would highly recommend.

This is a great spot. Easy access, very secure. It was really clean. Smelled nice inside. Included all the beach gear you could need (umbrella, chairs, boards) and plenty of clean towels. Also some basic snacks and coffee. The waves just a short walk from the front door were just right for boogie boarding. Tons of walkable things to see and good places to eat. The size was just right for a family of 4. If you’re looking to stay in Santa Monica, this is an ideal location. The owner was on site next door, making check in really simple. We had a car and parking was close and easy and free, but really didn’t need it. The indoor washer and dryer was a must have for a beach week! Thank you!

I rented this home for my mom and her husband to celebrate her 65th birthday. She said it was far better in person than it was depicted. Accurately described. Great restaurants within walking distance . I will definitely rent this home again. Also, the host is incredibly kind. My mom was struggling to parallel park. She kindly came out and parked my mom’s car.
