First, let me thank you for staying with us and submitting your score although we could be happier if it's a high score. Based on my investigation here, we charged Expedia and not your credit card. As a matter of fact, my staff tried to charge you for the 11.00 parking fee only but your card was declined. Should there be any authorization on your card by accident, rest assure that it'll drop in a few days and promise you that you were not charged twice. We hope to see you again.

Hotel has been charging for parking for 10 years now and it's posted in our website and also in all third party booking engines like Expedia. We are sorry that you missed it. Truly the hotel is just a stone throw away from the metro stop and the train will lead passengers either to Santa Monica pier heading west and to the heart of down LA heading east. We hope to see you again soon.

Hello Sara,This review is very surprising to me because after finding out that my staff thought that you’re the homeless lady that trespassed the property, he apologized to you and comp your parking. This morning, I also apologized to you a few times and even gave you a late check out and it’s looks that everything was water under the bridge when you left the hotel.
