I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and have stayed at many DoubleTree properties. As part of the Hilton Honors program, I’ve always received complimentary bottled water and warm cookies upon check-in, which is a standard benefit I’ve greatly appreciated.
However, during my recent stay at this property I was not provided with these benefits. Instead, I was charged over $10 for just two bottles of water in room .This experience left me feeling disappointed and mistreated, as it is far below the level of service I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties.
This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had at a Hilton property, and I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. I trust Hilton values its loyal Honors members, and I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise how it will be resolved.
