Was clean room, sheets, bed, towels, clean. Kitchen sink tiny 1 towel. No soaps of any kind. No luggage rack. no rug towel for floor mat for tub. knob on bathroom sink plunger broken off. I used the freezer and refrigerator. Hot water in kitchen was extremely BOILING BURNING HOT for anyone to even tey to use could potentially burn adjusting to cooler water. Very ugly room except bed was clean white. Absolutely no kindness or napkins or paper towels or ice bucket or ice or coffee maker in room. Coffee in bare continential was just tiny muffins, energy snack bars, tea bags and almost empty coffee. Really not a Continental breakfast even. One elevator does not work for all those people dangerous. Seriously needs help.

There were frequently unhoused and guests who lingered outside most of which were loud. The only time you would see the front desk manned was when someone was checking in and even then I had checked in I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The building is dark and dungeonous and the room was sparce having only two towels and a bar of soap and had smears on the wall. Had I known the location was bad and the room looked like a rundown motel I would have rebooked somewhere else.

Manager offered upgrade staff was friendly, great start. The breakfast was sad, basically coffee and granola bars. Asked for extra blanket as blankets are thin, they were out of clean blankets according to front desk. Overall good for the price. I came back again the next week for work. Same manager, I asked for the room price, and he waited a price significantly different than online. When I told him this he just said book online. He said to wait 10 minutes so I waited 15 minutes and asked if I could please check in. I showed him the reservation and he said I booked the extended stay down the street. He then was sorry and next time ask for him so he could accommodate me. The nice surprise is that the extended stay down the street is much cleaner and updated so will stay there when I need a hotel in the area.

The room we booked was not cleaned at all. The pull out bed was dirty and full of crumbs, there was now bed protector on it and there were dark stains all over the mattress. We tried talking to the front desk but didn't go anywhere with them. We ended us all having to sleep on the bed and the following morning we were able to switch to a different room.

Liked the availability of a wakeup call in the AM and friendly front desk personnel. Didn't like the absence of the room we booked, but we were upgraded for a discount by the front desk staff without a problem. Freeway noise could be a problem at night, as it is adjacent to the hotel. The microwave didn't work.
