This private 1bed/1bath unit is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Private entrance is easy to access. It’s safe, quiet and close to major freeway like the 605, the 5 and the 105.

The living space: it’s fully private. You have access to everything including: kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and bathroom.
The kitchen: has refrigerator, microwave, silverware, dinnerware, stove, large single-bowl sink. It also has a lot of cabinet space.
The living room: has 55” TV, TV stand, coffee table and bench with cushions.
The master suit: has a queen size bed, 2 TV stands with an AC unit. Closet is spacious and has laundry hamper, hangers and extra set of towels.
The bathroom: is brand new built. It clean and super spacious. Hair and body care products are provided.
This private 1bed/1bath unit is located 20 miles less to many famous attractions:
- 12 miles from/to LGB
- 17 miles from/to LAX.
- 13 miles from/to Disneyland
- 8 miles from/to Knot’s Berry Farm
- 20 miles from/to the beaches and South Coast Plaza.
- 15 miles from/to downtown LA.
- Less than 2 miles from/to Costco, metro stations and Tesla charging stations. The metro station has direct train from/to LAX.
- Surrounded by a lot of other attractions, restaurants, theme parks, metro stations and electric charging stations. Our place can only accommodate TWO guests max. The amount of guests you book, will be the amount of guests staying.

Simple Stay

Its a nice place. Nothing special but nothing bad. Wish they had a more comfy living room set, but I enjoyed my stay. The gate entrance is a little hard to open every day. If they fixed that it would be appreciated.
