Staff were nice. You need the room card to swipe in for access to most amenities. Public bathroom were clean, nice, and it's heated! One down side is that there's no coverage at all around the bunk bed. would appreciate if they can install a curtain or smth for each bed

I’m very impressed with my stay at the hostel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hostel has such a cool vibe with evening activities and movies to watch in the court yard. It feels safe and comfortable from the moment of walking in. The hostel is conveniently located within walking distance to the famous 3rd Street Promenade and the Santa Monica Pier. Lots of restaurants to choose from and easy access to transportation and highways. We stayed in a private room and it was very comfortable with basic amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here for the travelers that appreciate great hospitality with the simplicity of the basics. I look forward to returning here again on my next visit to Santa Monica LA again next year.

Short notice.. Glad they were able to accommodate. The best rate among all hostels in thr area of Santa Monica. Front office staffs ate friendly. Adequate space in the room.

The hostel was tidy, well equipt and friendly. The activities were fun and easy to find the info about. The welcome day was good, the movie night and the comedy night. The kitchen was well equipt and kept so clean. The cleaning staff were amazing and thorough. Beds were comfy and all had sockets and lights.

It so nice because the workers are very friendly and you get to meet alot of people from all over the world,and hang out with them one thing i really love from this hostel was that there is always event's for each day that you stay there,so there is always something to do!!!

Amazing hostel 1 block from the ocean--a must!

The hostel was absolutely amazing--100% clean and very nice and "newish". They provided a wonderful breakfast each morning, and I was able to go to the open mike and comedy nights which was fun. Everyone was respectful and lovely. I can't say enough about the location and my overall experience, I will be back:)
