Hidden Treasure in Belmont Heights

1-1/2-bedroom 1 bath apartment, upper apartment., 1st bedroom queen bed, 36-inch smart tv window air conditioner, dresser drawers
2nd room has a twin-size loft bedroom.
24-inch smart tv, dresser and fan. It’s a small room. Living room has sofa that makes into double bed, ,42-inch smart tv. Full kitchen with all amenities, apt is updated and very. Nice. Apt was built in 1940, the apt sleeps 4 adults 1child comfortably. There are stairs going into apt. 2 front door 1st door downstairs 2door upstairs lock box. Parking is pretty easy during the day nights can be tuff you might have to drive a couple blocks. Please don’t ding me for that, it’s street parking and I have no control. Walking distance to beach 2nd St, Beach. There is extra linen, towels blankets. we are pet friendly also

Perfect location for a fun weekend with our grand kids! Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Great area to walk the dog and so happy to find a pet friend place!!!

Delivered on last-minute back up stay
We had a great stay at a property close by in a loved area of Belmont Shores. There was a last minute issue with the original property we booked, and Tracey offered an alternative that worked for our group. As a result I can’t properly rate the “accuracy of listing” but we still enjoyed our stay in a great location. Thank you!

Great location and customer service
At first, we had a few unavoidable hiccups, but Tracey went above and beyond to make up for them. She made us feel welcome and taken care of. We didn't get to stay in this unit, but the one she put us in was great and in the same wonderful neighborhood.

Great location close to beach and shopping
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, perfect size for 2 adults. We could walk to the beach or 2nd Street in 2 minutes, making the location ideal. Parking was a little annoying but not impossible. Kitchen had all the essentials but bring absolutely everything you need for cooking ingredients.

Long Beach Visit
It took a while to get entry instructions from the owner, and the keys used were frustrating to use in the very old lock system — probably more so because of a tiring trip beforehand. But the apartment had terrific period charm in a great neighborhood, and was clean and well-equipped.
