櫃檯人員服務不佳,並沒有主動服務也沒有禮貌,對於亞洲人非常歧視並沒有給予好的對待,我住了7晚,感受非常差,清潔度也不好,隔間聲音吵鬧,再加上整體的設計非常不好,不推薦住宿

員工活潑服務親切,飯店位置在市中心,離很多景點走路10分鐘內都可到,離地鐵近,附近也有許多購物中心.餐廳及超市,地點真的是很方便。 飯店可能在市中心,房間沒想像中大,但是空間可打開2個24吋行李箱,房間乾淨舒適,床很好睡,不過我在Expedia預定水景套房,但是飯店並無水景,只有一個約雙人床大小的泳池,不知是否翻譯認知有誤。 下次在市中心旅遊,會再次入住。

The room was well kept, bathroom was a decent size. The room was a bit small, the mini fridge did not work and no microwave. There was quite a bit of noise but that’s to be expected in that location.

The Valet and Front Desk staff were incredibly nice, they took complete care of us. The reason for the average rating is because of all the fees that were charged for each day we stayed. The nightly rate for the actual room itself was around $150/night, but after a 3 night stay we ultimately were charged $1000 after all of the fees, taxes and parking. I wouldnt say it was worth it to stay there for that much money.

Great location. Clean but ‘tiered’ in some areas. Inconsistency with staff. Some fantastic others not so much. Very quiet which was great and lots of dinning options. More a hotel aimed for business guests. For example, limited room service (only dinner), limited facilities / amenities etc. would stay again but maybe not for as many days.

We selected Checkers Hotel because it is within walking distance to Disney Hall and MOCA, not knowing it’s a rather steep climb. But we made it. We found the room comfortable and quiet. The furnishings are pretty tired; perhaps not Hilton standard. The staff was friendly, from the valet through check in. We didn’t have much other interaction as we were there only one night. The $51 parking fee and the $25 hotel charge for whatever it was for were not covered in Hotels dot com, at least not that I saw. But everything worked out just fine. In keeping with the motto “The more you pay, the less you get,” we might have had parking and breakfast included in the price but would have had to stay way out of center city. All in all, it’s a nice little hotel and I’d recommend it.
