Overall a good experience
Having stayed in Hilton hotels in many countries, this hotel is overall a good one to stay in especially for its location close to Universal Studio Hollywood. The staffs were very friendly. The room we booked was spacious and comfortable. The view of the city in night from our room was good too. However, there is improvement needed in cleanness as we found a stain on one towel (luckily just one). BTW, no bottled water was provided in the room, even we might have to pay. Due to our schedule of this visit to LA, we did not use any of the facilities in this hotel and breakfast was not included in our reservation, so there is not much remaining to say. In general, we had a pleasant stay, especially during the epidemic period. We would be glad to put this hotel into consideration for our next visit to LA.

We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage and jump on the tram. Very convenient friendly and professional team. The tram driver was great and helpful. I just hope the parking wasn't so expensive at least offer a discount for Hilton Honors members. Great property

Beautiful space, would be 5 stars if it weren't for all the extra charges. Breakfast is pricey. And, even as an honors member, I was dinged for all sorts of small charges at checkout. Also a bit of a bummer you can't acrue Hilton Honors points when booking through Expedia. Regardless, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel was super close to Universal and City Walk, which makes it a perfect stay when visit the theme park.

Room was musty damp mold smell, had maintenance come up and spray and change air filter since apparently they didnt have any other rooms available. Restrooms didnt have vents, if someone did numbee 2 the smell lingered. No wonder room was damp, no exhauset. gave us free buffet breakfast at least.

Excellent property!! Booked here to stay with my 2 children and husband and the room was very spacious. We got a king bed& pullout couch with corner view. Everything was so clean, staff went above and beyond. We booked here to go to universal & there is a shuttle that runs every 15 min, but the park is also a short 10 min walk! I would highly recommend this place

Stayed at this property a few times because of its proximity to Universal Studios. They have a shuttle, but you could even walk, we will be back.

Linda at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. The hotel was clean, well kept and smelt fresh. Overall staff appeared happy to be at work and seemed to be having a great time helping out the guests. Parking garage was easy to find and lots of parking throughout the day. Me and my family of 5 felt safe and extremely happy at this Hilton :)

Proximity to the park was excellent. Didn’t need a shuttle and could walk with ease. Staff were friendly but most not genuinely so. Felt forced. Housekeeping an issue for us. Supplies not replenished each day i.e. coffee creamer and stir sticks, water bottles. Hair dryer broken in room. Overall an excellent place to stay/ buffet breakfast overpriced but convenient and good selection.
