The open floorplan living and dining room welcome you with abundant natural light. The living room boasts a newly updated flatscreen smart TV with basic cable and Netflix, perfect for relaxing between your adventures on the comfortable, spacious couch. The bar-height table in the dining area serves as a bright workspace for those on work-related travels and an inviting spot to share meals with loved ones.

Venture upstairs to discover two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, basking in afternoon sunlight—a perfect retreat for reading and enjoying the serene neighborhood. There was some construction going on next door. For the unit we stayed in, pulling out of the garage and into the alley was dangerous. Unable to see if traffic was coming in both directions.

we stayed here for 9 nights here in early October for a wedding and family visit. We loved it. Walking distance to the original Trader Joes and numerous restaurants. Old Town Pasedena is a 5 minute drive away. The rental was spotless. Loved the welcome basket. When we visit Pasadena again, would stay here in a heartbeat.

Nice but not as advertised

We enjoyed the condo but it was not as close to old Pasadena as eluded to in the description. Also, one of the faucets in the kitchen was rigged but needed fixing. Deck was dirty and not well kept. The dining room window didn’t work well. The property needed some TLC. The screen to the deck was difficult to open. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe walking.

Convenient and roomy

I was going to a conference in Pasadena and needed a place close by. This exceeded my expectations! The location is close enough to walk to downtown Pasadena but also a block away from the Metro. The restaurants around it are delicious(Guisados tacos are 🔥). The first Trader Joe's is right around the corner. Do be aware that the city and this area pretty much shuts down after 9PM. Which was perfect for me as the peace and quiet were just what I needed after a long day of conferencing. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The Madison is definitely a place my family will stay at again. It was very clean and welcoming! The check in process was a breeze and the communication prior to check in was awesome. It is walking distance to many stores and restaurants - and close to everything else by car. A great place to stay!
