Gorgeous unobstructed views! Recently renovated Wilshire Selby West unit boasts North and West views from spacious and bright 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo on the highly desirable Wilshire Corridor. Located on the 7th floor, on the quiet side of the building, with North-West facing exposure, providing sweeping views of Westwood, UCLA & Little Holmby from the balcony.
New dark wood flooring throughout the unit. Updated kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. Sunny and bright living and dining room framed by large windows.
Master bedroom boasts plenty of storage space, including a walk in closet and a spa-like bath with an extra large shower, having dual shower heads.
The Wilshire Selby West building includes a pool with changing rooms, sauna & provides 24-Hour security with a doorman. A few blocks to UCLA and Westwood Village. Close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Brentwood and public transportation, freeway access. Parking and water utility included.

It was okay. The unit needs apple TLC for sure. Parking was Ok and the laundry facilities was just outside the door. The bed was comfortable. Few plates and few silverware.

UCLA medical center area

I was scheduled for surgery at Ronald Reagan UCLA medical center on Thursday, September 19. I drove up from Oceanside. There was a nice locked space for parking the car. It was an easy 15 to 20 minute walk to the medical center for pre surgical appointments. As I had to be at the hospital at 5am we took an uber there that morning. My daughter was comfortable taking an uber or walking back to the apartment in the evening and returning in the morning to see me at the hospital. Highly recommend this apartment for staying in this part of town. Quiet, clean, and comfortable furniture and kitchen area.

Good location, close to Freeways (I was there for work) movie theater, restaurants, etc.. Reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful owner or manager. The furnishings could use a bit of an upgrade. Tiny uncomfortable couch and one chair in living room. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but not too bad. All in all, a nice cheaper alternative to the Hotels in the area.
