Location is great but beware of spiders!!
My daughter stayed here for 3 months. It was a safe neighborhood and place which was my main concern. I rated the cleanliness with only 2 stars because of the multiple issues she had with spiders being inside the room and even in her bed! It was very stressful for her. She communicated with the host and he did spray the room but that did not fix the problem. When I mentioned it to him he told me that he has never had a guest complain of spiders but as you can see if you read the previous reviews, there was another woman that complained of the spiders. He told me a couple times that he has never “had these issues before.” That was simply not true. As a result, I would definitely not recommend this place!
Also, be aware that if you have a guest there after 10 pm, then you are charged an extra $50 per night. I respect the fact that is mentioned in the rental agreement but there is absolutely no leniency. He even charged me, her mother, the one who paid for the room, $50 to stay one night!
